2. Wire part: five stacks of nets, namely surface layer wire, top lining layer wire, core layer wire, bottom lining layer wire, bottom wire, main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, compound roll, Vacuum couch roll, wire drive roll, guide roll and frame, etc. The surface layer wire, the surface lining wire, the core wire, the bottom lining wire and the bottom wire are each equipped with a forming wire.
3. Pressing section: Divided into one pressing, two pressing and three pressing. The first press and the second press are large-diameter presses, each equipped with one upper and lower rubber-coated metal rollers; the third press is a glossy press, equipped with one stone roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The first press and the second press are equipped with guide rollers and felt suction boxes, and are equipped with upper and lower felts. The first press, the second press and the third press are pressurized by the hydraulic cylinder.
4. Front drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with net guide roller and drying net. With closed air hood.
5. Inclined surface sizing machine: one chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The surface sizer pressurization method is the corrugated pneumatic tire.
6. Post-drying section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with mesh guide roller and drying mesh. With closed air hood.
7. In-machine coating: In-machine coating, with two sets of coating heads on the front, a segmented hot air drying oven, and two sets of glossy drying cylinders.
8. Calendering part: Two-roll soft calender, the upper roll is a hard roll (metal roll), the lower roll is a soft roll (composite roll), and the pressure method is corrugated air tire pressure.
9. Coiling Department: Pneumatic horizontal reeling machine, the pressurizing method is air cylinder pressurization.
