4200 High Strength Corrugated Base Paper Machine
The width of clean paper is 4200mm, which is mainly used to make high-strength corrugated base paper. The paper machine is mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier wire section, press section, front drying.
1. Headbox: Air-cushion headbox, by controlling the gas pressure in the headbox, it can control and stabilize the sizing head of the online slurry.
2. Wire section: single fourdrinier wire, main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, vacuum couch roll, net driving roll, net guide roll and frame, etc., with a forming net.
3. Pressing section: divided into one pressing and two pressing. The first press is a large-diameter press with vacuum suction rolls, equipped with two rubber-coated metal rolls, and equipped with upper and lower felts; the second press is a large-diameter press, equipped with two rubber-coated metal rolls and equipped with , under the blanket. The first press and the second press are equipped with felt guide rollers and felt suction boxes. The first press and the second press are all pressurized by hydraulic cylinders.
4. Front drying part: Φ1800 drying cylinder, group transmission, each group is equipped with drying net and net guide roller. Equipped with semi-closed air hood.
5. Inclined surface sizing machine: equipped with one chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The surface sizer pressurization method is the corrugated pneumatic tire.
6. Post-drying section: Φ1800 drying cylinder, driven in groups, each group is equipped with a drying net and a net guide roller. Equipped with semi-closed air hood.
7. Coiling Department: Pneumatic horizontal reeling machine.
