Three Multi Wire Paper Board Machine for Paper Mill, Paper Pulping Line Machine
Three multi wire paper board machine is mainly used to make kraft paper and linerboard. The paper machine is mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier section, press section, front drying section, oblique surface sizer, rear drying section, calendering section and coiling section.
1. Headbox: There are three sets of air-cushion headboxes, corresponding to the surface mesh, core mesh and bottom mesh respectively. By controlling the gas pressure in the headbox, the sizing head of the online slurry can be controlled and stabilized.
2. Wire part: Three layers of wires, namely surface wire, core wire, bottom wire, main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, compound roll, vacuum couch roll, wire drive roll, guide wire Rollers and racks, etc. The surface layer wire, the core layer wire and the bottom wire are each equipped with a forming wire.
3. Pressing section: Divided into one pressing, two pressing, three pressing and four pressing. The first press and the second press are vacuum presses, each equipped with a rubber-coated metal roller and a vacuum press roller; the third and fourth presses are large-diameter presses, each equipped with a rubber-coated metal roller and a lower rubber-coated metal roller. The first press, the second press, the third press and the fourth press are all equipped with guide rollers and felt suction boxes, and are equipped with upper and lower felts. The first press, the second press, the third press, and the fourth press are pressurized by corrugated pneumatic tires.
4. Front drying section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, with guide roller and drying net. With closed air hood.
5. Inclined surface sizing machine: one chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The pressure method of the surface sizer is a bellows pneumatic tire.
6. Post-drying section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with net guide roller and drying net. With closed air hood.
7. Calendering section: double-roller calender, the upper and lower rolls are metal rolls, and the pressure method is corrugated pneumatic tire pressure.
8. Coiling Department: Pneumatic horizontal reeling machine, the pressurizing method is cylinder pressurization.
