Two multi wire kraft paper machine is mainly used to make linerboard and corrugated base paper. The paper machine is mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier section, press section, front drying section, oblique surface sizer, rear drying section, calendering section and coiling section.
Main Application and Features
- 1. Headbox: There are two sets of open headboxes, corresponding to the surface wire and the bottom wire respectively. By controlling the liquid level in the headbox, the sizing head of the online slurry can be controlled and stabilized.
- 2. Wire part: two stacks of nets, namely surface wire and bottom wire, main components: breast roll, forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box, compound roll, vacuum couch roll, wire driving roll, wire guide roll and frame Wait. The surface mesh and the bottom mesh are each equipped with a forming mesh.
- 3. Pressing section: Divided into one pressing and two pressing. The first press is a K-type compound press with a vacuum suction roll, and the K-type compound press is equipped with a rubber-coated metal roll, a vacuum press roll, and a stone roll; the second press is a large-diameter press, with upper and lower rubber-coated metal rolls , with top and bottom blankets. The first press and the second press are equipped with a felt guide roller and a felt suction box. The first press and the second press are pressurized by the hydraulic cylinder.
- 4. Front drying part: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with net guide roller and drying net. With closed air hood.
- 5. Inclined surface sizing machine: one chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. The pressure method of the surface sizer is a bellows pneumatic tire.
- 6.Post-drying section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinder, grouped transmission, equipped with mesh guide roller and drying mesh. With closed air hood.
- 7. Calendering section: double-roller calender, the upper and lower rolls are metal rolls, and the pressure method is corrugated pneumatic tire pressure.
- 8. Coiling Department: Pneumatic horizontal paper reeling machine, the pressurizing method is cylinder pressurization.
